Job Summary: Professional required to operate an 8-color gearless printing press, performing adjustments, monitoring, and completing production reports, with emphasis on proactivity and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust an 8-color gearless printing press 2. Monitor ink viscosities and complete production reports 3. Configure the printing press according to technical specifications Responsibilities: Operate an 8-color gearless printing press; Load the printing press with inks, solvents, and rolls; Perform print adjustments and color registration; Replace doctor blades; Adjust doctor blades; Replace ink pans; Monitor ink viscosities; Complete production reports; Read and interpret the order form (OF), configuring the printing press according to specifications stated therein; Requirements: Completed High School education Technical course in the field is desirable Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and teamwork Basic computer skills Availability to work on shift schedule Compensation: R$2.900,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
