Support to executive management for decision-making **Compensation:** R$ 7\.000,00 to R$ 8\.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance / Food Allowance \+ Life Insurance **Location:** Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management is desirable; * Solid experience in financial management; * Experience in budget planning, cash flow management, and performance indicator analysis; * Experience leading teams; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of financial ERP systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise the company's financial activities; * Ensure the business's economic health; * Guarantee sustainability and cash flow control; * Manage and monitor budgetary control for projects/developments; * Strategically support executive management in decision-making; * Promote operational efficiency in financial processes; * Monitor and ensure business profitability; * Guarantee compliance and standardization of financial processes.
