**Job Mission**
We are seeking a Maintenance and Projects Coordinator to work in a dynamic, highly complex environment, coordinating maintenance and project teams, suppliers, and building maintenance activities, as well as overseeing multidisciplinary construction projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a professional with strong analytical insight, results orientation, leadership capability, and solid experience in maintenance and project management.
**Key Responsibilities**
Management and Administration
* Lead and coordinate the maintenance and projects team.
* Manage service providers and maintenance contracts (preventive, corrective, and predictive).
* Prepare technical and managerial reports.
* Monitor budgets, costs, materials, and KPIs.
* Manage suppliers, ensuring technical, documentary, and contractual compliance.
* Support audits and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
* Propose and implement improvements, cost savings, and cost avoidance initiatives.
* Ensure operational continuity (RMAP).
* Coordinate daily routines, work orders, and area priorities.
Projects
* Develop technical scopes for projects, construction works, and layout modifications (civil, electrical, automation, networks, etc.).
* Participate in technical site visits, field surveys, and budgeting.
* Develop, procure, and oversee projects and construction works.
* Interface with suppliers and the client to ensure quality execution and regulatory compliance.
* Supervise contracted services and provide technical support when required.
Operational Management
* Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Control materials, inventory, and procurement of technical supplies.
* Monitor adherence to technical standards, safety protocols, and internal procedures.
* Develop and update checklists for civil, electrical, and hydraulic areas.
* Manage the work order (WO) system and generate monthly departmental reports.
* Maintain updated technical inventory, equipment TAGs, and technical room records.
* Monitor suppliers and ensure adherence to schedules and preventive maintenance plans.
**Requirements**
* Completed undergraduate degree; preference given to Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
* Proven experience in building maintenance management, construction works, and multidisciplinary projects.
* Experience managing teams and suppliers.
* Knowledge of technical standards, safety procedures, and budgetary management.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, sense of priority, and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Advanced and/or fluent English, required for preparing corporate reports and participating in online and in-person meetings.
Compensation: R$6\.500,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month
