Evaluation of RFPs and public tenders with competitive and regulatory-compliant proposals. **Job Description:** This professional will be responsible for managing and developing the partner portfolio, strategically designing ICT infrastructure solutions and supporting the indirect sales commercial process. They play a critical role in evaluating demands from both the public and private sectors, ensuring technically competitive proposals that comply with regulations and align with commercial and vendor strategies.
