With corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100. **Job Description** We currently have an opening for an **Executive Modeling Manager**, with key responsibilities including: * Leading a credit modeling team of approximately 40 people, including 4–5 direct reports * Responsible for developing modeling methodology, building all Serasa Experian scoring models, customizing models for clients, and delivering analytical solutions involving statistical techniques and exploration of the data lake * Leading innovation initiatives in data modeling and exploring new modeling techniques * Commercial engagement with clients on modeling topics, executive meetings with C-level stakeholders and technical teams. **Qualifications** * Technical degree required to lead the team (Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields). A Master’s or PhD is preferred. * Strong focus on people/team development * Fluent communication skills for interactions with clients and internal teams * Client-facing experience is a plus * Fluent English required (for collaboration with global teams) * Business-oriented mindset toward data/Analytics * Hybrid work model: possibility to be based in São Paulo or São Carlos (leading teams in both locations). **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
