We value teamwork, respect for people and the environment, and collaboration for collective growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee event operations, ensuring integration across involved departments (security, maintenance, cleaning, catering, parking, technology, etc.); * Lead the event team, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines, departmental goals, and quality standards in deliverables; * Ensure adherence to schedules, technical requirements, safety regulations, and applicable legal requirements for event execution; * Serve as the operational interface with promoters, sponsors, partners, and suppliers, facilitating technical alignments and operational negotiations; * Monitor and supervise supplier and service provider contracts, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and performance indicators; * Coordinate and validate mandatory documentation from suppliers and third-party teams, interfacing with the Occupational Safety department to ensure legal compliance and risk prevention. * Design and enhance operational processes and workflows within the events area, aiming for greater organization, efficiency, and standardization of activities; * Consolidate and analyze operational metrics, supporting management in decision-making and performance tracking; * Identify opportunities for improvement and potential operational risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions; * Support budgetary management of the area, contributing to cost control, resource optimization, and financial sustainability of events; * Ensure high standards in event execution, contributing to a positive experience for attendees, partners, and other stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Production, Events, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of event management and production, with expertise in planning, execution, and post-event phases; * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, or similar) applied in operational contexts; * Experience in contract management and supervision, as well as in managing and evaluating suppliers; * Practical experience in defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs), with emphasis on continuous improvement and operational efficiency; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (analysis, reporting, and controls) and PowerPoint (executive presentations). * Intermediate or advanced English is desirable, particularly for events involving international participants. **Additional Information** * **Meal Voucher:** For your daily meals with greater convenience; * **Transportation Voucher:** Facilitating your commute efficiently and economically; * **Health Plan:** To take care of your health and well-being; * **Life Insurance:** Security for you and your family; * **Wellhub:** To support your physical and mental well-being. **Construcap** is one of the ten largest construction companies in Brazil, operating in heavy construction, electromechanical installation, industrial, and commercial markets.
