Assist in customer prospecting activities We are looking for a Commercial Intern to support the company’s commercial department routines, contributing to customer service, process organization, and tracking of departmental tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in customer service and support; * Support the monitoring of scheduled installations and services; * Conduct confirmations and follow-ups with customers; * Assist in preparing and sending commercial proposals; * Support the team in monitoring sales and negotiations; * Enter commercial information into internal systems; * Assist in customer prospecting activities; * Organize documents, contracts, and departmental records; * Provide administrative support to the commercial department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Interest in commercial operations and customer service; * Proficiency with systems and technology.
