**Responsibilities:**
➡️ Daily support for all tasks executed within the production and civil construction process under your responsibility;
➡️ On-site assistance for works carried out at construction sites, including distribution, guidance, performance evaluation, as well as selection, assessment, and development of your team—with support and supervision from your immediate superior—aligning them with company objectives;
➡️ Support for projects and collaboration with your immediate superior by proposing new ideas, analyses, studies, and technical alternatives aimed at achieving optimal cost-benefit-time balance (Value Engineering);
➡️ Participation in procurement processes, based on physical activity planning and project budgeting;
➡️ Participation in team assembly (transfers and hiring);
➡️ Provision of technical and administrative support to the Production Manager;

**Requirements for the position:**
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields;
✔ Desired: Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, civil projects, PBQP\-H, SGQ (Quality Management System), and construction techniques.
✔ Skills: Dynamic professional, capable of working in a team, dedicated to work.
