Guarantee the quality, precision, technology, and efficiency of assembled products, strictly adhering to company-defined standards and procedures. Ensure each item meets technical specifications and customer expectations while respecting established deadlines. Contribute to a productive, safe, and collaborative work environment, demonstrating commitment and empathy at every stage of the process. * Understand and follow detailed instructions (WIs = Work Instructions), technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise assembly. * Organize and prepare necessary materials for the assembly process, ensuring everything is ready before work begins. * Assist in assembling products, subassemblies, boards, and components of various company equipment according to established standards. * Assist in verifying the quality of assembled products, identifying defects or irregularities, correcting them, and recording them in a "Non-conformance" report. * Use manual, electric, or pneumatic tools safely and efficiently, ensuring the integrity of parts and components. * Work within established deadlines to guarantee assembly completion according to the production schedule. * Collaborate with other members of the production or assembly team, communicating effectively and contributing to achieving common goals. * Participate in basic maintenance of tools and equipment, reporting issues and ensuring all items remain in good working condition. * Adopt safe practices in the workplace, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established safety protocols. * Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new assembly techniques or technologies. * Assist in logging Production Orders in the system. * Perform product packaging according to the established standard when required. * Record losses in the Production Order. * Assist in routine testing of manufactured products.
