With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** Position Mission Lead governance, planning, prioritization, and monitoring of the Digital Transformation portfolio, ensuring discipline, executive transparency, strategic alignment, and value generation for the Company. Key Responsibilities 1. Portfolio Governance and Management * Define and evolve the Digital Transformation governance framework. * Structure and maintain the project portfolio (AI, data, automation, digital channels, system modernization). * Lead portfolio prioritization based on value, risk, regulatory urgency, and organizational capacity. * Consolidate and report KPIs, OKRs, and executive status updates to the Executive Board and Presidency. 2. Planning and Management Rhythms * Implement and manage executive rhythms (pipeline reviews, steering committees, risk management, change management, lessons learned). * Create and maintain templates, standards, schedules, and executive materials. * Orchestrate dependencies among IT, digital transformation, and other business areas. 3. Strategic Support to Leadership * Directly support the Digital Transformation Executive Director in critical decision-making. * Prepare strategic reports and materials for Boards, Executive Management, regulators, and auditors. * Ensure projects align with corporate and regulatory goals. 4. Management of Priority Projects * Assume direct leadership of projects critical to the Company. * Guarantee quality, on-time delivery, financial management, and measurable outcomes. 5. Budget, Contracts, and Compliance * Manage annual budget and revisions. * Monitor supplier contracts, SLAs, and deliverables. * Ensure compliance with procurement, audit, and internal controls requirements. 6. People and Culture Management * Lead the PMO team, analysts, and project managers. * Promote a data-driven culture, collaboration, and operational excellence. * Develop project management and agility competencies across the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Economics, or related fields. * MBA, postgraduate studies, or certifications (PMP, PMI, Agile, PPM) are desirable. Experience * 7–10 years in PMO or large-scale portfolio management. * Experience in digital transformation, technological modernization, or data & AI. * Background in utilities, regulated industries, or complex operations (preferred). * Proven track record engaging senior leadership and multiple stakeholders. Technical Knowledge * PMBOK, PMI standards, hybrid methodologies, and agile management. * Tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, Monday.com, etc. * Familiarity with data governance, analytics, and AI. * Knowledge of compliance and auditing practices. * Experience managing technology contracts.
