Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Agile Development: Building high-fidelity functional prototypes (chatbots, conversational interfaces, copilots, and mini web applications). * AI Integration: Connecting AI models (LLMs) and cognitive services with the company’s internal APIs to create intelligent solutions. * Light Full Stack: Working on both front-end and back-end, prioritizing functionality and speed—without the overhead of heavy monolithic architectures. * Cloud & Deployment: Performing lightweight deployments and managing cloud-based test environments (GCP/Firebase). * Collaboration: Working closely with product and business teams to rapidly validate technical hypotheses. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Back-end Languages: Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python (essential for data manipulation and AI integration). * Modern Front-end: Experience with React for building dynamic and responsive interfaces. * Integrations: Solid experience consuming and developing RESTful APIs. * DevOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of Docker (containerization), GitHub version control, and cloud services focused on PaaS/Serverless, such as Firebase and GCP (Google Cloud Platform). * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience: 3–5 years of agile development experience, preferably within innovation squads or internal solution teams. **Differentials:** * Prior experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, or frameworks such as LangChain. * Experience with serverless architectures (Cloud Functions, Lambda). * Portfolio of personal projects or hackathon submissions demonstrating rapid prototyping capability. * Pragmatism: Ability to discern when code must be "perfect" versus when it merely needs to "work" to validate an idea. * Adaptability: Comfort handling frequent scope changes and adopting new technologies. * Autonomy: Mid-level profile capable of making independent technical decisions regarding prototype architecture without requiring micromanagement. * Investigative Curiosity: Passion for experimenting with new AI tools and discovering how to connect them to real-world problems. * Clear Communication: Ability to explain technical limitations and possibilities to non-technical stakeholders.
