Our roadmap is full of opportunities to use modern technologies and collaborate with talented people worldwide. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Backend Development & API Engineering** * Develop, evolve, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET within a large-scale platform; * Collaborate closely with architects to translate their designs into structured, production-ready code delivered with agility; * Write clean, high-performance, scalable, and easily maintainable code, applying industry-recognized best practices and design patterns; * Optimize backend services and APIs for performance, reliability, and scalability. **Quality, Performance & Reliability** * Validate code through unit and integration tests, ensuring robust test coverage across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); * Profile, debug, and resolve complex issues using observability and monitoring practices to ensure reliable production operation; * Perform deployments using CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, following team-established practices. **Collaboration & Delivery** * Quickly integrate into product teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with real development cycles; * Bring an agile and dynamic mindset, rapidly transforming high-level ideas into functional software without compromising quality; * Work closely with international and cross-functional teams; * Actively participate in the global DevOps community. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements to apply:** * Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory; * Backend development experience with strong proficiency in C# and .NET; * Experience building and evolving cloud-based APIs and backend services meeting high standards of quality and scalability; * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (PaaS) and cloud-native development; * Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and functional) and debugging complex systems; * Experience working with large, complex, and highly scalable systems; * Proven ability to grasp macro-level concepts and deliver high-quality code rapidly; * Dynamic, agile, and proactive profile, comfortable collaborating within teams and delivering quickly; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Good communication skills for interaction with developers, product owners, testers, and designers; **Desirable:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields; * Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps tools (preferably Azure DevOps); * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll get:** * iFood Card (meal and food allowance); * Cost-of-living allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Educational partnerships; * Total Pass partnership — health and well-being; * Clude Saúde partnership; * Reimbursement programs; * Flexible working hours; * Dress code: Be yourself.
