In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and duties** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and everyone’s well-being. **Thus, we count on you to:** * Develop new functionalities and modify existing ones within 85% of the time specified in the budget table. * Address customer needs and priorities, aligning them with the budget table and company strategy. * Analyze functional specifications, discuss them, and propose technical implementation approaches to senior analysts or leadership. * Perform development in accordance with defined technical and governance requirements, suggesting changes where applicable. * Support system maintenance by fixing bugs in programs and components, writing scripts to adjust databases, analyzing the potential impact of issues on customer operations, and alerting business analysts and/or leadership for customer communication. * Contribute to project and support structure planning to better understand assigned tasks, sharing ideas or proposing actions that facilitate project completion. * Meet agreed deadlines for task execution, proactively notifying leadership if delays are anticipated. * Develop unit tests (TDDs). * Generate evidence and documentation of implemented development. * Support the system/module deployment process at the client site. * Provide technical assistance and/or train new developers on development tools. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must also have:** * Advanced programming logic knowledge * Advanced SQL language knowledge * C\# language knowledge (desirable) * Basic knowledge of Visual Studio * Agile methodology knowledge (desirable) **It would be a plus if you have:** * Agile methodology knowledge * English proficiency **Additional information** **Our work model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering remote, on-site, or hybrid positions—defined according to the role’s requirements and responsibilities.
