




Remote, SP Mid-Level About the role: You will be part of a cross-functional team supporting multiple company products, acting as the technical bridge between business, product, and marketing teams. Your main challenge will be ensuring reliable, high-performance, and scalable communication and message delivery (SMS, email, notifications) by applying best practices in development, automation, and distributed architecture. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and maintain high-availability, high-performance systems written in Python; ✔ Work with microservices and distributed architectures in AWS environments; ✔ Integrate and manage messaging services (SMS and email delivery, preferably within AWS); ✔ Ensure quality, scalability, and resilience of critical systems; ✔ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to guarantee accurate and efficient message delivery; ✔ Propose continuous improvements and optimizations in pipelines, integrations, and delivery workflows; ✔ Contribute technically in an environment with high autonomy and responsibility. Essential Requirements: ✔ Solid experience with Python and backend development; ✔ Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3 or similar); ✔ Experience with microservices and distributed systems architecture; ✔ Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; ✔ Experience with integrations and messaging (SMS, email, push notifications); ✔ Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills; ✔ Autonomous, analytical profile focused on results. Nice to Have: ➕ Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation); ➕ Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment automation; ➕ Experience in high-volume data and request environments; ➕ Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
