Job Summary: Develop and enhance multi-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS) using Flutter, participating in all development phases and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment. Focus on security, scalability, and reliability in fintech **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and enhance multi-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS) using Flutter. * Implement new features, bug fixes, and continuous improvements while ensuring quality, performance, and a positive user experience. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Quality teams, actively contributing to technical decisions. * Contribute to mobile architecture decisions, coding standards, and best development practices. * Maintain clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code. * Support integration with REST/GraphQL APIs and external services. * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective), proactively collaborating with the team. * Support bug resolution, stability improvements, and application observability. * Emphasize security, scalability, and reliability—especially in fintech environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: Expected * Practical experience as a Mobile Developer with a focus on Flutter. * Proficiency in the Dart language and core Flutter widgets and lifecycle concepts. * Experience consuming and integrating with REST APIs. * Knowledge of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar. * Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
