Description

Ensure the sustainable evolution of the GLPI platform (Community and/or Network), leading technical decisions, governance of customizations, and integration with other systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** Define development standards for plugins and customizations: Technically lead the evolution of the GLPI platform (Community and Network); Ensure compatibility with future versions (upgrade-safe); Avoid dependency on hacks or direct core customizations; Define strategy for: use of official plugins; use of GLPI Network; Create and maintain foundational technical documentation; Plan version upgrades (especially critical ones in GLPI). Evaluate impact of: new releases; plugins; architectural changes. Ensure the technical roadmap aligns with product/business goals. Define integration standards: REST APIs; Webhooks; Middleware (if required). Ensure consistency between GLPI and channels (Teams, WhatsApp, bots), directories (AD/LDAP), and legacy systems. Develop and maintain GLPI plugins (PHP); Control plugin/customization versions; Create automation scripts and routines; Implement adjustments to forms, tickets, and rules. Fix bugs and defects. Implement API calls; Configure authentications (tokens, OAuth, etc.); Create integrations with bots, internal systems, and external services. Test new features: validate impact of changes, user acceptance testing, document: features, integrations, and technical procedures; update internal wikis or repositories. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Professional Experience:** Solid software development experience, with strong backend focus; Experience with GLPI (Community and/or Network), including: * Business rule customization * Plugin development and maintenance * Advanced platform administration Knowledge of: REST API development; software architecture; databases; APIs and integrations; ITIL, ITSM, Service Desk; Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); LGPD and ethical handling of customer data; Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous improvement; Practical knowledge of ITIL; Preferred Qualifications: GLPI certification (Community or Network); DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Linux, Security; PHP, Linux, Cloud, or DevOps certifications; Experience automating processes in service management (ITSM) platforms. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance (per regional CCT values); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal or food allowance; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Totalpass; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition assistance; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome Kit for newborns; Moodar platform. **We’re thrilled to have you here — even virtually!
