Learn more at irco.com and join us to take control of your future. **Role Overview** The Demand Generation, Vertical Campaigns, and ABM Manager is responsible for driving growth across the entire funnel by combining data-driven demand generation strategies with industry-specific campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) execution. This role owns pipeline creation and conversion performance within priority verticals and strategic accounts, transforming market and customer insights into measurable commercial impact. The role works closely with Sales, Product, Digital, and regional teams to ensure campaigns are customer-centric, commercially aligned, and optimized throughout the buyer’s journey. **Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving pipeline, conversion, and revenue * Develop and execute vertical-specific campaigns and ABM strategies aligned with business goals, in partnership with Sales * Analyze funnel performance, lead quality, and KPIs for continuous optimization and ROI maximization * Translate market and customer insights into targeted messaging, content, and campaigns * Manage campaign planning, budgets, timelines, dashboards, and performance reporting * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional/global stakeholders, developing the team and promoting accountability **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields * MBA is desirable * Prior experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and vertical or ABM marketing * Strong experience with CRM, marketing automation, and targeting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase) * Proven track record of pipeline generation and conversion improvement * Fluent English; Spanish is desirable Ingersoll Rand Inc.
