Visit our website to explore our history, values, and social commitments: https://www.nestle.com**Position Summary****Location:** NBS Ribeirão Preto**Area/Stream:** R2R \- Accounting Operations Services**Reports to:** R2R Coordinator**Shift:** 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM**Work Mode:** Remote **Key Responsibilities** * Review and interpret accounting standards applicable to Nestlé * Publish sales reports and financial statements * Review and prepare accounting analyses * Support the transition of new services * Conduct training and development sessions with the team * Provide technical support to the team * Execute accounting closing activities jointly with the team * Lead improvement projects within the area (Global and Local) * Ensure adherence to BCP, compliance, and internal controls * Ensure PEC activities are delivered in accordance with standards **What will contribute to your success?** * Experience in analyzing financial statements and management reports * Ability to conduct meetings * Effective internal and external communication skills * Ability to create and present management reports * Conflict resolution capability * Strong interpersonal skills **Required Knowledge** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields * Intermediate English and Spanish required (advanced is a plus) * Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel * Advanced knowledge of SAP * Power BI knowledge is a plus * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and decision support procedures * Ability to analyze and interpret financial data * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills * Results-oriented and quality-focused profile * Ability to handle challenging situations and take corrective actions * Leadership and implementation skills for continuous improvement projects * Flexibility to work during Closing periods * LATAM market experience is a plus We are a diverse and inclusive company, embracing multiple perspectives and innovative ideas, investing in Digital Transformation and valuing innovation — both in our products and our ways of working.
