Viseu seeks someone to lead its application in practice — with autonomy and direct contact with leadership. **Responsibilities** * Identify opportunities for AI application — always starting from the problem, not the tool * Lead PoCs and pilots focused on tangible results * Ensure solutions are effectively adopted by legal teams * Establish guidelines for responsible AI use (confidentiality and data protection) * Monitor the market critically and translate relevant developments for the legal context **Profile** * Prior hands-on experience building something with AI in practice — sophistication is not required, but it must have solved a real problem * Ability to analyze a process and understand the underlying problem before selecting any tool * Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders * Autonomy to manage multiple projects in parallel **Preferred Qualifications:** experience in the legal industry, legaltech, automation, or data analysis **What We Offer** * Strategic position with cross-functional impact and direct access to leadership * Real autonomy to propose, test, and implement * Active participation in the evolution of legal practice
