Key responsibilities include: **Essential Responsibilities** * Collect, integrate, and prepare data from various sources (ERP systems, manual controls, spreadsheets), ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency. * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities that contribute to cost reduction, efficiency gains, and process optimization. * Apply statistical and analytical methods to generate reliable, evidence-based insights. * Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent tools; automate workflows via Power Query and Power Automate. * Ensure data integrity and reliability by proactively reviewing, validating, and correcting inconsistencies. * Continuously improve data management processes, including implementing controls to prevent input errors and enhance information quality. * Research and integrate new data sources to complement and enhance existing databases. * Translate complex analyses into clear, accessible information, communicating results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and IT) to understand requirements and develop relevant analytical solutions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data as the foundation for decisions and improvement proposals. * Contribute to optimizing data systems and data flows in partnership with responsible departments and IT. * Apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. * Understand. Simplify. * Perform other duties as required. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Prior experience in data analysis or business intelligence. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query. * Strong expertise in Power BI. * Proficiency in SQL. * Ability to learn quickly and communicate technical concepts clearly. * Well-developed analytical, organizational, and project management skills. * Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Protheus database structure for automation and analysis. * Familiarity with ETL processes and Power Automate. * Experience applying statistical methods in manufacturing, electronic design, or business environments. * Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
