Drive continuous improvement of DataOps processes An Information Technology Services company is seeking a Data Analyst in Mauá. **Responsibilities:** Develop, evolve, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient ETL and ELT pipelines. Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Model and transform data to support analytics, dashboards, reports, and data products. Monitor and optimize data loading, workflow, and query performance. Ensure data quality and reliability through validations and business rules. Document data processes, workflows, and models clearly and up to date. Handle data pipeline-related incidents by performing root cause analysis. Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business domain squads. Participate in defining and applying technical and architectural standards. Drive continuous improvement of DataOps processes jointly with BI, cloud, and software engineering teams. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Specialist, Market Intelligence Analyst, or Statistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
