Performance Analysis: Define and monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes. Continuous Improvement: Lead medium-complexity projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDCA. Documentation: Develop manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal policies. Facilitation: Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders for requirements gathering and flow validation. Automation: Identify automation opportunities (RPA or low\-code tools) to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Experience: Proven prior experience in process or quality management. Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, IT, or related fields. **Hard Skills:** Proficiency in modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau). **Soft Skills:** Systemic vision and strong analytical ability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (influence without authority). Resilience to manage resistance to change. **Differentiators:** Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Knowledge of BPM tools (Business Process Management Suites).
