Conduct complex analyses and executive-level recommendations How the Corporate Development team builds Loft: Our Corporate Development team leads high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s capital structure and long-term strategic direction. This includes board communications, strategic planning, M\&A execution, fundraising, investor relations, incubation of new businesses, and advanced analytical support for C\-Level decisions. We work directly with Loft’s executive leadership to define how we position ourselves externally and create initiatives that accelerate growth, efficiency, and profitability. **Challenges you’ll face:** * Build deep, trusted relationships with senior leaders across operational divisions, acting as a strategic partner. * Lead or co\-lead strategic projects and partnerships that materially impact the company’s operational performance and market positioning. * Structure and synthesize complex, ambiguous information into clear narratives, strategic analyses, and executive recommendations. * Monitor and interpret global capital market trends, industry dynamics, and internationally comparable business models. * Conduct analytical workstreams and contribute targeted materials for the CEO and Board, delivering independent insights and strategic framing. * Strengthen relationships with existing investors and support leadership in building new strategic and financial partnerships. **What you need to unlock this role:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in analytically intensive, fast-paced environments (e.g., investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, business analytics). * Proven ability to communicate in a structured, strategic manner with C\-Level executives and external partners. * Advanced Excel proficiency; comfort leading analyses and building models (Python, R, SQL are strong pluses). * Solid command of corporate finance, accounting, valuation, and business model analysis. * Strong project management skills: end-to-end ownership of workstreams, autonomous operation, and delivery under pressure. * High intellectual rigor, strategic thinking, curiosity, and adaptability. * Based in Brazil (primary time zone BRT; team distributed between São Paulo and Arizona), with an in-person schedule to be coordinated with leadership. * Fluent English. **Additional Information** Caju \- Greater flexibility to use your benefits (Meal, Food, Mobility, Health, Home Office, Culture, and Education); Health Insurance \- Sulamerica Life Insurance \- Prudential ️Wellhub \- Access to gyms across Brazil Wellz \- Mental health platform Parental Leave \- For parents Guapeco \- Pet health plan with discount ️Work \- Hybrid
