Job Summary: A professional responsible for configuring and maintaining technology systems, providing customer support, ensuring network infrastructure reliability, and keeping system and infrastructure documentation up to date. Key Highlights: 1. Configuration and implementation of technology systems. 2. Customer support for internal and external clients. 3. Maintenance of data and voice network infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Configure and implement technology systems, ensuring their continuous operation. * Provide support to internal and external customers. * Ensure the integrity and functionality of data and voice network infrastructure; configure and monitor network elements. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and infrastructure. * Perform routine tasks required for task execution and standardization. * Comply with internal policies and procedures, effectively supporting the implementation of guidelines outlined in the Corporate Policy. **Requirements:** * Organization * Teamwork * Communication skills * Dynamism and prompt responsiveness * Interpersonal skills * Knowledge of networks and operating systems is a plus.
