Job Summary: Experienced professional to supervise and coordinate all stages of civil construction projects, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. Key Highlights: 1. Interpretation and proposal of solutions for engineering projects #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate all stages of civil construction execution, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget. * Conduct quality control of materials and services performed, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards. * Manage work teams, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and delivery of safety training. * Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary engineering drawings, identifying potential conflicts and proposing technical solutions. * Prepare daily site reports, documenting physical progress, incidents, and resource consumption. * Ensure implementation of occupational safety regulations (NRs) and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Perform measurement of completed works for financial control and billing purposes. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 10 years) as a Construction Site Supervisor in building construction. * Solid knowledge of construction techniques, and ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and hydraulic drawings. * Familiarity with ABNT technical standards and relevant civil construction legislation. * Certification from a Construction Site Supervisor course or completion of a Building Technology technical program. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) for report preparation and record keeping. * Experience in team management and problem resolution at construction sites. #### **Skills** * Drawing Interpretation * Team Management * Quality Control * Construction Scheduling * Construction Budgeting * Safety Regulations (NRs) * Construction Techniques * Site Reporting * Work Measurement ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Engineering \- EZ
