Focus on quality, deadlines, and costs **Position: Construction Coordinator** **Company:** Primaq Máquinas e Manutenção **Location:** Ribeirão Preto – SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Description** **Primaq Máquinas e Manutenção** is seeking a **Construction Coordinator** to coordinate and manage **civil and mechanical construction projects**, responsible for planning, execution, schedule control, budget preparation, team leadership, and direct client interface, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs in accordance with the contracted scope. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor the execution of civil and mechanical construction projects; * Prepare and analyze budgets, measurements, and cost controls; * Monitor physical and financial project schedules; * Coordinate and guide internal and outsourced teams; * Directly manage client relationships, ensuring technical and contractual alignment; * Plan resources, materials, and labor; * Monitor deadlines, quality, safety, and team productivity; * Prepare progress reports and performance indicators for construction projects. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields); * Proven experience in construction project coordination; * Proficiency in **Excel** (for controls, spreadsheets, and reports); * Knowledge of **AutoCAD** for reading and interpreting project drawings; * Willingness to travel; * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial construction projects; * Experience in contract management and client relationship management; * Knowledge of construction planning and control. **Desired Profile** * Leadership profile with strategic vision and results orientation; * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and decision-making ability; * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple construction fronts simultaneously.
