Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive apprentice to support the administrative routines of the Commercial and Sales Administration teams. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an apprentice with an organized, proactive profile and a strong willingness to learn, to support the administrative routines of the Commercial and Sales Administration teams.### **Responsibilities:** * Support the Commercial team in searching for and organizing sales-related documents (e.g., contracts, purchase orders, etc.); * Support the Sales Administration team with day-to-day administrative routines; * Assist with sales processing in the Salesforce system, in collaboration with the Sales Administration team; * Update and maintain the customer database (names and e\-mails) for billing purposes; * Support the billing process via the mailing system; * Assist in organizing and maintaining area databases and documents. ### **Requirements:** * Availability to work from 9 AM to 4 PM; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Availability to work on-site. *IQVIA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
