Job Summary: The Collections Operator negotiates outstanding debts, proposes payment solutions, and contributes to the company's credit recovery by contacting delinquent customers. Key Highlights: 1. The Collections Operator is responsible for contacting delinquent customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to negotiate outstanding debts, propose payment solutions, and contribute to the client company's credit recovery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Make proactive and reactive calls to customers with financial arrears; * Negotiate payment terms (installment plans, full settlements, agreements); * Record interactions and information in the system (CRM); * Meet productivity and financial recovery targets; * Follow call scripts and outreach policies, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards; * Identify negotiation opportunities based on customer profile (days overdue, amount owed, history); * Act with empathy and solution orientation, preserving customer experience. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or collections is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation and argumentation abilities; * Basic computer literacy; * Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with automatic dialers (e.g., Aspect, CallFlex, etc.); * Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs (CPC, promises, conversion); * Knowledge of collection escalation frameworks and segmentation by days overdue. **Work Schedule:** * Shift work possible (morning, afternoon, or night shifts). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary \+ performance-based variable pay; * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Bonuses tied to target achievement; * Career development path (in structured companies).
