Job Description: The CNC Lathe Programmer and Operator is responsible for preparing and operating industrial machines, ensuring production process efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Department Opening and Machine Startup: Perform daily department opening and startup of all relevant machines, ensuring all are ready for operations to begin. Machine Preparation: Prepare and adjust CNC machining machines and other industrial equipment according to technical specifications and production priorities. Machine Operation: Operate mechanical measuring instruments and adjust parts as required. Monitor and ensure quality in metal machining, forming, and treatment processes. Machine Maintenance: Lubricate and adjust industrial machines to ensure efficient operation. Quality and Safety: Monitor company quality system procedures and standards. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental protection standards. Documentation and Reporting: Complete production control forms and prepare reports as required. Qualifications: Experience operating industrial machines. Knowledge of CNC machining and machine setup. Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a 1-hour break Monday to Friday; Saturday: 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
