We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to drive the evolution and maintenance of multi-cloud environments, with a strong focus on Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Networking, and Cloud Platforms. We seek a hands-on professional capable of designing, implementing, and operating scalable, secure, and resilient architectures on AWS and GCP, while also leading modernization initiatives, operational automation, and continuous platform improvement. **Your journey will include:** * Designing, implementing, and evolving architectures on AWS and GCP following best practices for security, availability, and cost-efficiency. * Developing automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operations. * Creating and maintaining environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Administering and troubleshooting complex cloud networking environments. * Defining architecture, connectivity, and security standards between corporate environments and cloud. * Contributing to the evolution of the Kubernetes platform and its infrastructure components. * Implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications. * Supporting development teams in adopting cloud and architectural best practices. * Monitoring performance, availability, and costs of environments. * Leading investigations and resolution of critical infrastructure-related incidents. * Participating in defining Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies. * Serving as a technical reference for other engineers on the team. **Mandatory Requirements** **Cloud Architecture & Advanced Networking** * **Advanced Multi-Cloud:** Technical expertise in AWS and GCP, with emphasis on core services including compute, storage, governance, and security. * **Networking and Hybrid Connectivity:** Solid experience in cloud networking architecture (VPC, Subnets, Transit Gateway, VPN) and integration with on-premises environments. * **Security and Protocols:** In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, load balancing, firewalls, WAF, and advanced performance and connectivity troubleshooting. **DevOps, IaC & Containers** * **Infrastructure as Code:** Advanced experience with Terraform (modules, state management, best practices), integrated within GitOps culture and CI/CD pipelines. * **Orchestration and Containers:** Practical production experience with Kubernetes, preferably using managed clusters (EKS and GKE). * **Automation and Scripting:** Ability to develop operational automation using Python, Go, or Bash. **Observability & SRE** * **Operation of Critical Environments:** Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), full telemetry (Metrics, Logs, Tracing), and managing or resolving complex production incidents. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation. * Strong sense of ownership and operational accountability. * Ability to influence technical and architectural decisions. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams. * Automation and continuous improvement mindset. * Adaptability to dynamic, fast-growing environments. **Nice-to-Have:** * AWS Professional certifications. * Google Cloud Professional certifications. * Advanced Kubernetes experience (CNI, Ingress, Service Mesh). * Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization. * Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry. * Knowledge of Cloud Security and DevSecOps. * Experience in large-scale, mission-critical environments. **What You’ll Find Here:** ️ Monthly balance on the Caju card; SulAmérica Health Plan, extendable to dependents, featuring an excellent network of providers, reimbursement, and online consultations; SulAmérica Dental Plan, extendable to dependents; Gympass — choose your plan for gyms, pilates studios, crossfit, and more; Conexa — mental health support through online psychotherapy; Vidalink — discounts and subsidies on medications, plus access to healthy products at discounted rates; Educational incentive via partner Único Skill; Parental leave: 180 days for mothers and 20 days for fathers to dedicate themselves to the arrival of their baby; **Our Social Media:** Website: https://solfacil.com.br Blog: https://blog.solfacil.com.br/ Instagram: https://instagram.com/solfacil/ LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/company/solfacil/
