Job Summary: Civil Engineering internship focused on construction quality, conducting inspections, preparing reports, material control, and supporting processes. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment focused on excellence and professional growth WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY (RESPONSIBILITIES) * Conduct daily field inspections and record non-conformities; * Complete quality reports and construction progress checklists (FVS); * Assist in controlling materials, supplies, and equipment received on site; * Support the development and updating of procedures, work instructions, and Quality documents; * Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions together with the engineering team; * Contribute to organizing and maintaining technical documents and inspection reports for the project; * Attend daily meetings with engineering and supervisory teams. COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS * Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering, Civil Construction Technology, or related undergraduate program (from the 3rd year onward) * Genuine interest in **Construction Quality**, processes, and standardization * Proactive profile with willingness to learn and engage in hands-on field activities * Strong communication skills to interact with various site departments * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ADDITIONAL ASSETS (NOT MANDATORY) * Prior experience at construction sites (internships, technical visits, monitoring roles) * Complementary courses in Quality or Construction Management * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints * Basic understanding of quality control in civil construction projects * Knowledge of technical standards (e.g., NBR 15575\) * Skill in preparing photographic and documentary reports BENEFITS * Competitive internship stipend value * Meal allowance of BRL 790.00 * Transportation allowance or Fuel subsidy (per company policy) * Health and Dental insurance * Life insurance * Gympass * Dynamic work environment focused on excellence, results, and professional growth Employment type: Full-time CLT Selection question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
