Multidisciplinary collaboration and performance optimization. **Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and maintain chatbots using low-code platforms. * Integrate chatbots with internal and external systems via REST APIs. * Execute SQL queries for data extraction and analysis of chatbot workflows and integrations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions. * Monitor, analyze, and optimize chatbot performance to ensure an efficient and satisfying user experience. * Provide technical support and perform ongoing maintenance of chatbots in production environments. **Required Knowledge** * Familiarity with RESTful APIs (for integration execution). * Familiarity with SQL, focused on data extraction and analysis of workflows and integrations. * Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n, among others. * Understanding of flowcharts and process mapping. * Understanding of programming logic (in any language). * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Technology. **Required Skills** * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong time management and task prioritization skills. * Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability. **Preferred** Intermediate or advanced English.
