The role requires strong management, communication, and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders in a global environment. Requirements: **Responsibilities** Manage end-to-end strategic programs and initiatives. Coordinate multiple projects and squads simultaneously. Ensure alignment among business objectives, scope, timelines, and budget. Handle risk management, dependencies, and executive communication. Support product launches, evolution, and program governance. Collaborate with technical, product, and operations leaders. **Requirements** Solid experience in Program or Project Management within technology. Experience in Agile and hybrid environments (Agile \+ Waterfall). Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Analytical ability and strategic vision. Advanced English for international context (EST). **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with global programs. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications.
