




Description: * Act as a focal point between business areas and IT for gathering requirements, designing processes, and defining solutions. * Administer, configure, and support SAP modules relevant to the company. * Manage, configure, and support Salesforce and SoftExpert platforms, ensuring alignment with business processes. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance indicators using Business Intelligence tools (e.g.: SAP BW, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau). * Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and reliability within management and BI systems. * Participate in system implementation, upgrade, and integration projects (SAP, Salesforce, SoftExpert, and other corporate solutions). * Identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and technological innovations. * Support training and development of key users and other employees. * Monitor market trends and best practices in ERP, CRM, GRC, and BI systems. * Contribute to data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with LGPD and internal information security policies. Desired Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience with SAP (modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or others relevant to the business). * Advanced knowledge of BI tools (SAP BW, Power BI, Qlik, or similar). * Experience in system integrations (APIs, middleware, native connectors). * Experience in data modeling, ETL, and information analysis. * Understanding of data governance, LGPD, and information security. * Desired: Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) and SoftExpert (GRC, BPM, Documents, Workflows). * Technical English (reading and writing).
