We believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion of professionals regardless of disability, race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, origin, or family composition. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Facilitate, map, and propose solutions for business needs. * Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client’s business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet those needs. * Assist the Product Owner in decomposing business needs by identifying generated/impacted system requirements in the form of User Stories to initiate sprint execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of system development; * Ability to identify and map business needs in a practical and visual manner; * Ability to represent business needs as maps, business requirements, and User Stories; * Mastery of business analysis and process concepts, user-centered design, and agile methodologies; * Facilitation and workshop facilitation skills, using techniques such as: * Design Thinking; * Design Sprint; * Business Model Canvas; * UX Design; * Lean Inception; * BPM. * Knowledge of business analysis practices, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and agile requirements; * Understanding of existing business processes, products, and services—and their rules—with the objective of providing IT solutions whenever necessary; * Understanding of business managers’ and customers/users’ needs to propose solutions; * Knowledge of methodologies: * SCRUM; * Kanban; * Lean IT; * Knowledge of IT tools and solutions to solve business problems, and ability to identify reusable IT services across various businesses or stages of a business process. **Join Certsys and Be Part of the Digital Transformation in the Public Sector!** Are you passionate about technology and innovation, and do you believe true digital transformation begins with cultural change?
