If you seek a technical, analytical environment with direct impact on business results, EE is the place for you. **About the position** ---------------- We are seeking a **Budget Analyst** to develop, analyze, and validate commercial proposals, ensuring pricing accuracy, information reliability, and strategic support to the Sales team. **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Prepare cost spreadsheets for commercial proposals * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors * Review costs, margins, taxes, and proposal consistency * Update price lists, tax bases, and tax-related information (NCM codes, tax rates, and taxes) * Support the Sales team in proposal reviews, equalizations, and strategic proposals * Identify budgetary risks and ensure information reliability * Contribute to process improvements, controls, and departmental automation **Requirements** -------------- * Advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of pricing, costing, margin calculation, and taxation * Experience in budget analysis and pricing * English proficiency for reading technical documents and communicating with international suppliers * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Commercial Management, or related fields **Preferred qualifications** * Power BI, VBA, and spreadsheet automation * Experience with SAP Business One, ClickUp, or CRM systems * Background in technology companies, systems integration, or engineering **We seek a professional who is** ---------------------------- Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
