All our positions are open to candidates with disabilities (PCD) and underrepresented groups, in accordance with applicable legislation and our commitment to equitable opportunity. **Learn more at:** https://www.rosewoodhotels.com/pt/sao\-paulo **What We’re Looking For:** We are seeking a professional to assume the Bartender position at one of our luxurious restaurants, supporting bar operational areas and delivering an extraordinary experience to our guests and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve cocktails as requested by guests and customers * Assist in setting up/decorating the bar according to theme during promotions or special occasions. * Ensure all Food & Beverage fundamentals are implemented. * Present the beverage menu to guests and customers, clarifying questions and offering food and beverage suggestions. * Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests following established sequence and procedures. * Ensure all food and beverage items, equipment, and other bar facilities are maintained per departmental operations manual requirements. * Be familiar with and possess strong knowledge of the Bar’s menu and wine list. * Maintain partial stock of beverages and supplies for guests. * Prepare mise\-en\-place according to operational requirements and needs. * Prepare garnishes and set up the bar to ensure efficiency during peak periods. * Clean and reassemble countertops or tables. * Collaborate closely with other bar associates in a flexible and supportive manner, focusing on the hotel’s overall success and guest satisfaction. **Key Requirements:** * High school diploma completed * Intermediate English desirable * Solid experience in Food & Beverage operations in hotels, restaurants, or independent bars (luxury segment experience desirable) * Strong knowledge of bar routines and preparation of classic cocktails * Quick learning ability for crafting house signature cocktails * Fluent English communication * Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields
