Backend/FULLSTACK Developer

If you enjoy dynamic, collaborative environments focused on innovation (including Artificial Intelligence initiatives), this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop, evolve, and maintain backend applications in Node.js and/or fullstack applications (Node.js \+ React); Participate in technical discussions, architecture definition, and decision-making with the team; Work on designing and consuming REST APIs; Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews; Identify and resolve bugs and production issues; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, design, QA); Contribute to continuous process improvement and codebase enhancement; Participate in initiatives related to scalability, performance, and application security; (For more advanced levels) Provide technical support to the team and serve as a reference for best practices. **Requirements:** Practical experience developing with Node.js; For Fullstack roles: experience with React.js; Knowledge of API development (REST); Familiarity with version control (Git); Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases; Experience or knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS; Understanding of software development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID); Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or daily use of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude. **Work Location:** Hybrid model, with possible office visits as required by the project.
