Responsibilities: \- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact point between client and agency; \- Conduct briefings with clarity and depth; \- Coordinate requests, deadlines, and priorities with internal teams; \- Ensure deliverables align with client strategy and expectations; \- Actively participate in meetings, presentations, and alignment sessions; \- Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and keep workflows running smoothly; \- Monitor project timelines, approvals, and status updates; \- Maintain holistic visibility—from key visuals (KV) to posts, from planning to execution.
