If you have strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and enjoy interacting with people, this opportunity may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Phone, chat, WhatsApp, and e\-mail support * Clarification of questions regarding products and services * Registration and updating of information in systems * Handling of requests and complaints * Coordination with other departments * Monitoring of performance indicators (quality, productivity, and NPS) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress is preferred) * Customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare sector * Basic computer and system knowledge (CRM) * Familiarity with digital channels (chat, WhatsApp, and e\-mail) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and empathy * Resilient, proactive profile with a solution focus **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medical assistance call centers * Experience in technical/operational support * Ability to handle objections and challenging situations * Strong teamwork and adaptability skills **Work Model:** Initially remote (Home Office), with potential transition to hybrid or on-site work based on company needs.
