We are seeking a **Private Assistant** to work alongside the Private area advisory team in **Goiânia\-GO.** The professional will serve as a key operational and strategic support to advisors, ensuring administrative tasks and client follow-up demands are met with excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Private advisory team in the area’s administrative and operational routines; * Perform client registration opening and updates, track pending items, and monitor client transactions; * Contribute to organizing and executing portfolio strategies and follow-up reports; * Prepare supporting reports and presentations for the commercial team; * Work closely with Private advisors to ensure high-level support and client service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in support, back-office, commercial, or sales areas; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Interest in and affinity for the financial market and investments.
