Job Summary: The Operational Assistant II will monitor trips, ensure communication between drivers and scheduling teams, and act as backup for document issuance and support for trip punctuality. As an **Operational Assistant II**, you will be responsible for *monitoring trips and ensuring communication between drivers and the scheduling team, acting as backup for document issuance, and supporting scheduling and punctuality throughout trip execution*. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO:** * Monitor vehicles according to the schedule set by the CCO and Operations Analyst/Supervisor; * Monitor trips and vehicles using the tools provided by the company; * Participate in trip scheduling and provide feedback to internal or external clients; * Monitor and correct data entered by the Operational Assistant I; * Communicate with drivers via the company’s official tracking technology and mobile app; * Proactively address potential delays by immediately notifying your direct supervisor; * Track vehicle positioning; * Monitor drivers’ travel time; * Request registration of reference points / support points / geofences; * Register carriers, drivers, and vehicles in Cargolift systems, approved insurance providers, and risk management platforms; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school or a degree in Logistics. * Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:45 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. **IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:** * Experience in transportation and warehousing. * Experience in road freight transportation.
