Job Summary: This internal recruitment position seeks employees to support cargo organization and movement, record incidents, and maintain communication with the operations team. Key Highlights: 1. Support scheduling and organizing cargo at the unit 2. Monitor goods movement in the yard and at loading docks 3. Record and handle internal operational incidents **INTERNAL RECRUITMENT** REGISTRATION * Registration must be completed by the announced deadline, provided the employee meets the position requirements. * After registration, a review of the employee’s company history will be conducted, verifying the following items: * Disciplinary actions: Warnings; suspensions; and unjustified absences—the employee must have none within the 4 months prior to the opening of the internal recruitment process. NOTE: In cases of suspension due to breathalyzer testing, the period extends to 6 months. * Tenure/Position/Merit: The employee must have been with the company for at least 4 months in their current position or have received a merit-based salary increase, unless otherwise specified as an organizational strategy. * For positions requiring a driver’s license (CNH), the candidate must hold the category required for the respective position, and the point record must not exceed 25 points or include a severe penalty for overtaking on a continuous line or breathalyzer-related offense. * HR and Compensation & Benefits must analyze the internal candidate’s current remuneration structure, as the candidate is ineligible to participate if their current salary exceeds the position’s salary. **NOTE 03\.** An employee who passes the historical background check and is on vacation during the selection process remains eligible for the position. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support scheduling and organizing cargo within the unit; * Monitor goods movement in the yard and at loading docks; * Assist loaders in loading and moving goods; * Record and handle internal operational incidents (damages, discrepancies, shortages); * Support vehicle release and organization for loading; * Maintain communication with verifiers, drivers, and the operations team; * Support management with operational information and indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** Elementary education; No warnings or suspensions in the last 6 months (internal process, if applicable); Here, we create paths toward achieving our dreams.
