Essential support for audit preparation Contract Assistant / 1 Position(s) / Campinas/SP Responsibilities * Enter supplier data into standard contract templates; * Monitor contract validity periods and deadlines; * Generate and manage amendments; * Verify measurements received from construction sites; * Validate mandatory documentation (certificates, insurance, etc.); * Input contracts and measurements into the ERP system; * Approve processes for invoice issuance; * Support document organization for audits; * Ensure correct information flow to the finance department. Requirements * Must reside in Campinas or Hortolândia/SP, with easy access to the Cambuí neighborhood; * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields preferred); * Experience with contract-related routines; * Proficiency in computer applications (ERP systems, Excel – Intermediate); * Skills in contract term monitoring; contractual amendment management; validation of mandatory documentation (certificates, insurance, etc.); contract and measurement input and control in systems; basic knowledge of contractual law (Basic); * Exceptional organizational skills, methodical approach, process orientation, attention to detail, control-oriented profile, strong communication skills with finance and engineering teams.
