Export professional to manage operational routines, documentation, international freight quotations, and logistics tracking, while also supporting import processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Execute all operational routines of the export department, ensuring process smoothness and compliance;
* Prepare, review, and verify required documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, tax invoice, certificate of origin, bill of lading, DU-E, among others;
* Conduct quotations and contract international freight services;
* Monitor the logistics process of goods from origin to destination, keeping stakeholders updated through regular follow-ups;
* Support import processes when necessary, working jointly with customs brokers and other logistics partners.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
* Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Must reside in Ribeirão Preto/SP.
