We are looking for a **Backoffice Assistant** to support the internal operations of the advisory team, ensuring agility, accuracy, and an impeccable experience for clients and advisors. Join the \#TimeBlue3! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support and assistance to the Investment Advisors team; * Client registration and updates with XP Investimentos; * Assistance to advisors’ clients regarding use of the XP platform; * Operational execution of financial product subscriptions and redemptions; * Resolution of advisors’ requests with XP Investimentos; * Monitoring advisors’ goals; * Tracking public offering settlement calendars and other products; * Managing balance and reserved amounts to prevent potential negative balances. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Desire to work in the financial market; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Analytical ability; * Basic knowledge of finance and investments; * **ANCORD certification or willingness to obtain it.** **Additional Information** * Gympass / Wellhub — access to physical health platform; * Zenklub — access to emotional health platform; * Access to exclusive Blue3 educational platforms; * Medical and dental plans.
