ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – IRRIGATION

Job Summary: Support the Irrigation department in administrative and operational processes, monitor field projects, and ensure control and updating of information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring the installation of irrigation projects. 2. Administrative support to the Irrigation Supervisor. 3. Preparation of monitoring reports and performance indicators. **Mission** Support the Irrigation department in administrative processes, ensuring control and updating of operational information, monitoring of performance indicators, recording of activities in systems, and organization of processes supporting field routines. In addition, provide on-site support for monitoring the installation and operation of irrigation projects, reporting progress and any deviations to management.**What You Will Do** Monitor the installation of irrigation projects; Regularly report progress, identify improvement opportunities, and take action to ensure project excellence; Prepare and update operation monitoring reports, project installation reports, and performance indicators; Provide administrative support to the Irrigation Supervisor regarding personnel, procurement, and field logistics; Uphold compliance, SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental), and governance best practices within the area; Draft scopes, reports, and other technical documents; Provide support, configuration, and control of irrigation devices and software;**Prerequisites** * Completed high school education; * Pursuing a higher education degree is preferred; * Familiarity with administrative routines; * Proficiency in computer tools (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP transactions); * Strong sense of prioritization and organization; * Teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Residency in the region of Boa Esperança do Sul, Gavião Peixoto, Nova Europa, or Curupá/SP; * Internal and external recruitment.
