Job Summary: This trainee training program is intended for graduates of High School or Technical Education from SESI/SENAI Goiás, seeking educational experience and competency development for teaching. Support in the development and implementation of pedagogical proposals The **Teacher Training Program \- Trainee Modality** is a professional initiation project aimed at high school graduates or technical course graduates from **SESI/SENAI Goiás** schools who are enrolled in undergraduate programs (Bachelor's or Licentiate degrees) and wish to enhance their qualifications through educational experience. In this program, Trainees have the opportunity to participate in a customized program, experiencing challenging professional teaching practices and developing technical and behavioral competencies required for the role. The Assistant Teacher \- Trainee will directly monitor educational practices and evaluate ongoing activities, supporting leadership and teachers to build and implement strategies for continuous improvement of teaching and learning, aligned with current educational trends and innovative solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the collective development of the pedagogical proposal, disseminating it upon approval to interested parties. * Participate in actions involved in developing the school plan. * Contribute to implementing the pedagogical proposal and planning, evaluating results and proposing adjustments when necessary. * Assist leadership in coordinating activities related to developing teachers’ lesson plans, approving them upon completion. * Support the execution of lesson plans by providing teachers with assistance in applying the pedagogical foundations guiding SESI and SENAI-GO’s educational activities. * Motivate students and spark their interest in industrial topics, demonstrating and highlighting the sector’s importance for the economy, state, employment, and society as a whole. * Assist in educational activities such as lectures, events, seminars, graduation ceremonies, flag-raising, and flag-lowering with teachers, students, and parents. * Participate in the student onboarding process for courses offered by the school. * Support teachers in maintaining academic records within administrative systems, observing quality requirements and deadlines.
