Job Summary: Work on defining, designing, and implementing AWS cloud architectures, collaborating on system modernization while ensuring security and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring security, performance, and cost optimization (FinOps) **What We’re Looking For:** =================== AWS Architecture – Hybrid, 3 days/week – São Paulo /SP \- 132389 **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Define, design, and implement cloud architectures using AWS services (IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless); * Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance models for cloud environments; * Collaborate on legacy system modernization initiatives, including lift\-and\-shift, replatforming, and refactoring; * Ensure security, high availability, performance, and cost optimization (FinOps); * Support development teams in adopting microservices-based and event-driven architectures; * Define and support CI/CD strategies, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC); * Work with observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools; * Engage with technical and business stakeholders, including global teams; * Conduct architecture reviews and produce technical documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * Solid experience in cloud architecture, preferably with AWS; * Proficiency in core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, etc.); * Experience designing microservices and distributed systems; * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar); * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.); * Understanding of cloud security, including IAM, encryption, networking, and compliance; * Hands-on experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes); * Strong technical documentation and communication skills; * Advanced to fluent English for reading, writing, and speaking in international settings. **Desirable:** =============== * AWS certifications (Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional); * Experience with multi\-cloud environments (Azure and/or GCP); * Knowledge of FinOps practices; * Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS); * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in a team and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
