Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support dealership administrative activities by assisting in document organization, internal controls, and interdepartmental support—contributing to smooth administrative operations while developing professional skills and knowledge within the Volkswagen Trucks and Buses dealership network’s apprenticeship program. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Age between 14 and 24 years, per the professional apprenticeship program rules; * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar); * Availability to comply with the apprenticeship program’s working hours, balancing work and theoretical coursework; * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively; * Easy access to the Caçapava/SP region **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
